A J Kelly & Co is led by our Managing Director, Adrian Kelly MIDE.
Adrian is a Full Member of the Institute of Demolition Engineers and Vice chairman of The National Federation of Demolition Contractors (North West Region) and is widely respected throughout the demolition and construction industry in the UK.
At senior director level, Adrian has overseen many high-profile projects
including the £750,000 contract for the demolition of the Northgate Information Solutions site in Hemel Hempstead following the Buncefield Oil Terminal Explosion in 2005 – the biggest ever in peacetime Europe, the £1.75m enabling works contract, carried out ahead of the refurbishment of Park Hill Flats in Sheffield – Europe’s Largest Listed Building and the £500,000 demolition of a lift slab constructed multi storey car park at Hounds Hill Shopping Centre, Blackpool.
